What you’re seeing
- Each row is a holon (leaf → system). Each holon tries to balance locally.
- When short, a holon requests imports from its parent. The parent grants imports within capacity.
- The price pill is a simple scarcity signal: when supply is tight (or imports are limited), price rises.
