Network Coordination
Transmission-network constraints are represented directly inside the security-constrained optimisation.
When a transmission constraint binds, the optimal dispatch changes and locational prices can separate.
This gives the wholesale market an explicit representation of transmission congestion.
However, the detailed distribution network is generally not represented inside the core LMP calculation.
