Chief Warriors
LeadershipSteward the movement. Hold the line. Keep focus on delivery, not noise. You are accountable for momentum, priorities, discipline, and public courage.
Mission Control is where Enleashed turns shared ideas into coordinated action. Members can follow what's happening, contribute knowledge and find ways to help. Those who want to take a more active role can join the Enleashed Army — people organising their skills and effort around building better systems.

Where you can help
Movement CONTROL → ROLES & BACKING
These are not vague “opportunities”. They are concrete roles, with real responsibility. If you recognise yourself here, step forward. Contact: fight@enleashed.tech
Longer-term, higher-accountability roles. You set tempo and tone.
Steward the movement. Hold the line. Keep focus on delivery, not noise. You are accountable for momentum, priorities, discipline, and public courage.
Interrogate the thinking — especially around Priority #1: fixing the energy market. Your job is to challenge assumptions, expose blind spots, and prevent self-delusion.
Stand ready to support the first wave of enlisted soldiers when mobilisation begins. Field intelligence, logistics, on-the-ground coordination. No drama. Actual delivery.
If you have a stake in Britain’s future and you understand the cost of failure — help finance capability. Fair pay for real work. Security. Execution speed.
Short-term, operational asks. Help stabilise and amplify.
The movement identity must be drawn by a human hand. No AI fakes. The brand has to feel alive, serious, owned. Machine = servant. Human = master.
Open your ears, drop the theatrics, and deal with what is actually happening on the ground. You are sitting on information you need but are not ingesting.
Voluntary enlistment is coming. You are not being asked to riot. You are being asked to help deliver a working country. Hold position. Stay awake.
Where a Mission has hit a real barrier and needs concentrated effort.

Enleashed's delivery method — Build, Test, Explain, Convene, Influence, Deploy — maps onto four ways of contributing. Deploy typically draws on several roles together rather than one.
Build
Develops candidate solutions — research, engineering, prototypes.
Test
Tests claims and checks evidence quality before anything is trusted.
Explain · Convene
Explains ideas and brings people into the conversation.
Influence
Mobilises support and pushes for institutional, regulatory and political change.
A 30-second sense-check. Answer honestly — there's no wrong outcome, only clarity.
Four questions. About 30 seconds. Answer honestly — there’s no wrong outcome, only clarity about whether this is your fight.
Designed to filter for courage, discomfort tolerance, and seriousness — not credentials or polish.
Answer all questions to see your result.
Who's involved
Governance body for the Army — sets doctrine, approves plans, and holds accountability.

The warriors lead the soldiers in achieving the mission.
Why did you want to become a Chief Warrior?
I've had enough of the decline and decay and I believe I have the skills and experience to help. My friends have suffered long enough. Some of them haven't made it.
Why did you want to become a Chief Warrior?
"My life from the first breath at my birth until my last was one of duty. I served as the Queen of the United Kingdom and other Commonwealth realms from 6 February 1952 until my death on September 8, 2022. My reign of 70 years and 214 days was the longest of any British monarch in history. I have a great interest from beyond the grave in seeing the United Kingdom flourish."

The invigilators ensure the correct mission is delivered through reviewing and critiquing the doctrine.

Mission 1
We're comparing different approaches to fixing the electricity market in public. Explore the candidate architectures, evidence and critiques currently being worked through.
The Enleashed proposal for a fair, continuous and network-aware electricity market.
The current national market architecture — wholesale pricing, balancing, CfDs, capacity and flexibility markets.
Regional electricity prices with congestion managed between zones and residual redispatch within them.
Nodal marginal pricing using central security-constrained optimisation.
Five-minute regional pricing alongside increasingly dynamic network access.
