This isn't a list of people Enleashed agrees with on everything, and being here isn't an endorsement of every view any of them hold. Each person below is included for one specific quality — a way of thinking, a piece of courage, an example worth studying — not a full character reference.

Katharine Birbalsingh

Founder, Michaela Community School

Birbalsingh became known nationally after telling the 2010 Conservative Party conference that the English school system “keeps poor children poor.” Rather than stopping at the diagnosis, she built Michaela Community School to test her own alternative — strict, structured, knowledge-based — against real results. Whatever a visitor thinks of the specific method, the pattern is the one Enleashed keeps returning to: identify what's broken, build a concrete working alternative, and let the evidence argue for you.

Maggie Oliver

Former Detective Constable, Greater Manchester Police

Oliver spent years investigating the Rochdale grooming-gang case from inside Greater Manchester Police, and resigned from the force in 2013 to speak publicly about how badly it had been handled — naming the institutional failures that let known abuse continue. She has kept pushing since, including through legal action against the government. She's here for a specific kind of courage: being willing to say, from inside an institution, that the institution failed — and to keep saying it after leaving costs you the platform that made people listen.

Maggie Oliver

Niall Breslin

Musician and mental-health advocate (“Bressie”)

Breslin had a successful music career and a high-profile role coaching on The Voice of Ireland before speaking publicly about his own struggle with generalised anxiety disorder — at a time when that wasn't a normal thing for a public figure in Ireland to do. He's since built podcasts and broadcasting work around mental health and, notably, argues for self-compassion over achievement — a direct challenge to the assumption that outcomes are what matter most, which is exactly the assumption Enleashed's own objectives push back on.
